  - Acknowledge Neo foundation in Acknowledgments section

- Remove upstream references from all documentation
  - docs/*.md updated for Tutus branding
  - CHANGELOG.md, ROADMAP.md updated
  - examples/ documentation updated
  - VM prompt changed to TUTUS-VM
